Chloe is a Nutritional Therapist, health coach, yoga teacher and SIBO certified practitioner, specializing in digestion and skin health. Her passion for whole body medicine led her to work in some of the best retreat centres internationally where she supported hundreds of clients to transform their health and reduce stress with nutrition, daily yoga, meditation, mindfulness and bodywork. She has a keen interest in supporting clients to develop a daily self-care routine combining nutrition and lifestyle rituals in order to support their physical and emotional wellbeing long term. Chloe enjoys working in collaboration with her clients to investigate the root cause of their health issues and set clear goals to work towards to help eliminate symptoms, and get on the path to long term optimal health. She seeks to make change feel as easy as possible for her clients and takes the time to fully explain the reasoning for her recommendations. She believes that when clients become aware of the effect food and lifestyle choices have on their health and wellbeing, they are in a more informed and motivated place to make lasting change. She sees her role as a practitioner to educate and enable motivation in all of her clients. Her 12 year yoga practice has taught her the invaluable power of a regular movement and meditation practice, and takes great joy in sharing her knowledge with clients. She has found teaching her clients breathing exercises (or pranayama) to be an incredibly powerful tool in not only relieving symptoms, but providing an opportunity to reconnect with their bodies and support deep transformation. Chloe has worked in the wellness industry for over 5 years and has a vast knowledge of complimentary and alternative therapies. Her willingness to refer clients on to trusted practitioners ensures her clients receive the best care possible on their path to healing. Chloe graduated with a 2.1 BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition Therapy from the University of Wesminster. She undertook a 300hr YTT with Jivamutki in New York, and has taken subsequent trainings in Yoga for Eating Disorder Recovery with The Minded Institute and Restorative Yoga. She became a SIBO certified practitioner with Dr.Allison Siebecker in 2017 and regularly attends CPD trainings, she is fully insured and BANT and CNHC registered.
Fully trained in pre- and post-natal exercise, Caroline brings a whoop and a smile to every session. She cycles all over London as a personal trainer and studio instructor, leaving nothing but toned bums in her wake. Caroline trained as an actress and is also a qualified nursery teacher - great with kids and adults alike!
Lucia played volleyball professionally for many years and dealt with injuries and sore muscles since an early age. After discovering the pleasure of the hedonistic lifestyle, she moved to Bologna to study literature and subsequently completed her studies in Madrid. She started practicing yoga when she moved to London in 2007, soon realising the impact the practice had in her stressful and unbalanced life. She teaches ashtanga vinyasa, rocket and yin yoga and she likes her classes to involve challenge as well as humour.
As a teacher, she likes helping people get in touch with their breathing, thus strengthening and improving the flexibility of both body and mind. As a student she keeps experiencing the beautiful effects yoga brings to her life and she is deeply grateful to all her teachers, past present and future.

I started my Yoga journey about 20 years ago and since then I have practiced different styles of Yoga because I love learning and share my experience. I believe that the more I learn a better teacher I become. I love details and to explore and find different sides of my inner-self through practice. My aim is to give tools to the students for them to find their own way to happiness and peace. We are all different and what is good for someone might be not good for someone else, I would like the students to appreciate and enhance their differences, accepting them and make them their beauty.
Dani began a yoga practice through a love of movement and became quickly aware of the benefits to the mind, body and spirit. She completed over 500 hours of training in Toronto, Canada, where she lived for a number of years. Now back in London, she is passionate about sharing all she has learned on her travels with new students, advanced practitioners and everyone in between!
She will encourage you to breath deeper, move with intention, and find new ground in a welcome and fun space. Propelled by the integration of movement and breath, she will guide you through a mindful flow challenging you to be present, intentional and conscious on your mat. You can expect creative sequences with emphasis on alignment, core strength, and flexibility. She encourages her students to practice without judgement, and to consider their yoga mats as a sacred space of self discovery.
Rishin was first introduced to yoga growing up in India at the age of five but it wasn’t until he injured himself in his early 30s and took up yoga on my physiotherapist's recommendation that he really appreciated it. Rishin soon found himself hooked to the dynamic yet calming and healing aspects of yoga.
Soon after leaving a career in banking to start his own food business, he signed up for teacher training at Hot Power Yoga in London and now balances his time between my food business and teaching yoga around London. Rishin has been fortunate to combine yoga with travel by teaching yoga in Guatemala, Mexico and New York.
Rebecca trained to become a professional dancer at one of the UK’s leading schools and has always used Yoga as a tool for her strength and flexibility training. Upon graduating Rebecca had a change of heart and decided to become a Yoga instructor and share her knowledge of yoga with the world. She holds teaching diplomas in Hatha yoga, Hot yoga, Freestyle fitness yoga and Young Yoga and is a qualified personal trainer. Rebecca uses her wealth of knowledge from all of these disciplines to bring fun, energetic and modern classes to her students. Rebecca ensures that she always stays on top of new fitness trends and strives to make each session enjoyable for everyone involved.
Aimee Buchanan, Pilates Instructor
Aimee's career first began as a professional ballet dancer in the corp de ballet at 'The Stuttgart Ballet Company' in Germany for nearly two years. During her intensive ballet training, 'Pilates' was most certainly adopted and this is how she was first introduced to the incredible form of exercise, PILATES.
Since then, she has performed extensively in some of the most prestigious theatres/venues internationally as a singer/dancer,
Her most memorable singing show to date was Guest Vocalist in a David Gest concert, dueting with Pebo Bryson (the voice of Disney) with the Legends of Motown.
She considers that Pilates not only helped her avoid injury, it lengthen and improved posture, assisted with breathing technique on and off stage it also gave her a toolkit that she could take with her on Tour or just part of her weekly routine.
Aimee believes that Pilates can be applied to varied physical standards,different individual shapes and sizes and is fantastic to bring internal muscular awareness to the body, the list is endless really !!
She embarked on the highly regarded STOTT Pilates training in both Reformer and Matt and understands there beautiful approach because of her background.
Abi Smith, Soft Tissue Therapist
Abi is a Soft Tissue Therapist who combines traditional remedial and sport massage techniques with advanced soft tissue treatments, getting the best possible outcome for her clients. She has a keen interest in exercise rehabilitation, providing advice to help people she works with recover quicker from their injuries and prevent future musculoskeletal problems. Abi enjoys working with a broad spectrum of people from amateur athletes to those managing long term chronic conditions, she works with them to raise awareness of their bodies abilities, while focusing on loosening and stretching soft tissue and mobilising joints.
As an experienced personal trainer and keen runner Bridget has come to pilates for the benefit it can have on any other area of movement you enjoy in life. Having experienced first hand the ability of regular pilates practice to reduce injury and improve safe performance in everything from athletic activities to daily living she enjoys being able to share these benefits with others. Bridget works as a freelance personal trainer and pilates instructor visiting people at home or in the workplace to deliver a blend of exercise tailored to their individual needs and goals.
Riccardo is an international contemporary dancer and originally came to London in 2004 to study at the London School of Contemporary Dance. He trained in STOTT Pilates mat and reformer in London and teaches all over London. He likes to tailor classes to suit his clients needs, bringing humour to each class so that you can have fun whilst working hard. He can also teach his classes in Italian and French!
Han Cherry, Pilates Instructor
Pilates has changed Han’s life, and she is passionate about sharing its power with others. She was introduced to Pilates as part of her treatment for lower back pain. At the time Han was working in a sedentary, desk-bound job and not listening to her body. The stress of the job, combined with long hours spent sitting at the desk, with poor posture, and lugging a heavy laptop around, were all taking their toll. Han suffered from stiffness, chronic back and neck pain, until eventually her back had had enough.
Taking up Pilates has made an incredible difference to her body and life. The back pain eased, her posture and endurance for sport improved, and she began to feel stronger. As she developed an interest in movement and kinesiology, becoming a Pilates teacher seemed like the obvious next step. In Han’s class, she encourages students to listen to their body and learn to discover lost movements due to our lifestyle. When not teaching, Han can be found outdoor either hiking, running, cycling or swimming in the open water.
