How Online Sessions Work

online platforms

We use various online platforms to work with our clients - it is a balance of what we are doing and what works for you (plus WiFi connections!)

  1. Movement sessions need video = Zoom, Skype, Facetime, Google Hangouts
  2. Meditation/ Mentoring can be audio = Zoom, Skype, Facetime, Google Hangouts, WhatsApp calls
  3. Reiki healing = no discussion or call happens. You email your intentions. Relax at the agreed time.

The advantage of Zoom is that you can record the session to download and practice on your own.

You will need to download the software for Zoom or Skype.

Facetime is only available for Apple users.

  2. At the agreed time for your session make sure that you are comfortable to sit or lie down with enough privacy for the duration of your session.
  3. Relax and set your intention to receive healing for the session.
  4. At the end of your session, gently continue with your day.
