Raspberry & Kiwi Smoothie

With over 450%* Vitamin C this is a smoothie that helps protect you from catching a cold or flu. The 22% vitamin B-6 and 50% manganese aid with dizziness and 10% magnesium in the banana and raspberries combined with the vitamin C will help with emotional issues like depression & anxiety. Finally there is a dash of iron (8.5%) and copper (17%) to help with fatigue both with absorption of iron into the blood and release of carbohydrates into the body.
1/4 cup x raspberries (frozen is fine) 1/2 cup x apple juice 1 x pear, chopped 2 x kiwi fruits, skin removed 1/2 x lime, juice 1 x banana, chopped
- Place all ingredients into the blender & blend, then pulse.
- Pour into cup & enjoy!
