Mango & Blueberry Smoothie Citrus Style
There is nothing like a zingy start to the day and this citrus smoothie will give you that! Smoothies are great for using fresh or frozen ingredients.

The zingy flavour is a hint of lots of vitamin C - 160%*! There is also over 30% B-6 and 25% manganese, with a touch of magnesium, antioxidants and a dash of B-2. This dish is great for your immune system, but also supports emotional issues such as depression & anxiety, co-ordination difficulties and a contribution to easing headaches.

1 x banana, chopped 2 x oranges, juiced 2 x limes, juiced 1/3 cup x blueberries, frozen (fresh works fine too) 1 cup x mango, frozen chunks (fresh works fine too)
- Put all ingredients into the blender & whizz until smooth.
