“Blinding Sense” - when we close our eyes, we awaken our other senses. This blindfolded movement session is a discovery of how you listen and communicate without your eyes!
"Space to Communicate" - How you fill the space around you communicates more than your words. This interactive workshop shows you how you communicate through your movement and use of space around you.
“Playful Movement” - through the eyes of our inner child we go over basic poses for human function e.g sitting on the floor, squats and lunges.
Multidisciplinary co-teach - yoga, pilates, functional fitness, tai chi and more. Just ask! 90 minute combined class of 2 styles
